National Bosses Day

National Bosses’ Day, aka Boss’ Day is “celebrated” in the United States on Oct 16th. In other words, it’s a day for kissing up to someone you don’t necessarily even like.

I prefer turning this day on its head, and asking the question:

“Why have a boss, when you can BE a boss?!”

This is the PERFECT day to review your business plans and strategies, especially when you’re planning to leave your 9-5 for good!
